ELK Leadership

ELK continues to optimise and improve all aspects of our production processes to offer our customers not only competitive pricing and high quality, but also the latest manufacturing innovations. A third of our staff are involved in Quality, Research, and Engineering - and many of our Production staff are graduates.

During 2010, for example, ELK more than doubled our manufacturing capacity through the installation of innovative roll-to-roll touch sensor production lines. These have greater throughput, require less operators, generate higher yields, and enable us to manufacture to stricter tolerances. We also installed upgraded cleanrooms to support the high yield manufacture of larger touch sensors.

ELK is constantly looking to anticipate the needs of our customers, assessing new innovations and technologies that may bring benefits in the future. This work, and the key focus of our current research, is reflected in our Technology Roadmap.
